In order to connect to SHATEL battlefield2 server follow the steps below :
   1-Click on the “Find Servers” menu in the main menu of the game.
   2-click on the “Internet” tab and wait for the list to load.
   3-double click on the shatel cs1.6 server to connect to server.
In case the server didn't appear in the internet list you have to add it manually:
   1-click on the “Favourites” tab in the “Find Servers” menu.
   2-click “Add Server” and enter the line below in the box:
